Who are we? 

The Porsche Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Zagreb is growing, and we’re looking for students to join our Proof of Ownership project. As the first point of contact for Porsche customers and fans around the world, the CRH team handles all kinds of Porsche-related inquiries, and now is your chance to become part of it.

In this role, you'll be verifying important documents, communicating with customers across the globe via email, working with our internal tools, and making sure everything is properly documented. No experience? No worries! We’ll train you to become a document detective in no time.

Who are we looking for? 
Qualifications & Experience 

• proficiency in English 
• attentiveness to detail 
• well-structured, self-dependent working style 
• motivated and empathetic personality, but also assertive and self-confident 
• possibility of working full-time, and minimum 30h per week 
• possibility of remote work 

Bonus points:

• applicable experience in customer service and knowledge in the automotive industry 
• proficiency in Italian/German/French/Spanish/Portuguese  

Your Responsibilities 

• processing customer requests related to vehicle ownership via e-mail 
• verifying and entering data into the system 
• forwarding complex customer requests to CRH and providing assistance as needed 
• possibility of additional backend projects (document translation etc.) 

Hourly wage: 8.5
