What will you be doing 🧐

• Customer Support & Email Activity: Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and warranty claims promptly and professionally in English.
• Order Management: Verify, approve, cancel, and edit online orders based on requests from customers or the logistics department.
• Data Verification: Ensure seamless data synchronization between our digital content management platform and our internal operating system.
• Order Creation: Manual order entry and creation when required.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise between delivery companies, logistics partners, and customers to resolve problematic or delayed deliveries.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and e-mail
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Problem-solving capabilities and flexibility to adapt to the department rhythm
• Attention to details and accountability
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
